para lang magkaroon ng bag...

i went to the job fair at megamall kanina...

i wasn't totally impressed with the jobs there... halos lahat call centers. tapos ang iba, ewan... hindi pang-DS eh...

anyhow, this is what happened...

ang dami ng mga teletech bags na nakasambit sa mga tao... yun pala, pag-apply ka roon eh makakakuha ka nito. kaya eto, kumuha na ako.

i applied sa teletech para lang sa bag. heinakuh! (ang opis po nila eh nasa pasay at sa novaliches...)

kumuha rin ako ng button mula sa inquirer. gusto ko yung Guyito na doll. kaya lang, you have to join the inquestor challenge, e wala akong load. sayang.

haaayyyy...

the return to the comeback

i have decided to return to the call center industry again.

hinikayat ako ng pinsan ko sa call center na kanyang papasukan, kaya eto, i am going bukas sa makati. in addition, i have a test sa convergys on thursday... plus, i am checking the megamall job fair on that day as well...

i feel stupid and frustrated, dahil i left last november, tried to find another job, tapos babalik ka rin sa call center in may... grrr...

anyway, i managed a glimpse of 3R... you know, the girly show (btw, chynna and jennylyn are so de-lovely...) it was about moving on... i thought about it, tapos naisip ko ba if i have moved on from that last romantic frustration... pakiramdam ko e oo naman. kaya lang, masakit pa rin yung ginawa niya. i genuinely cared about her, kaya lang... oh well... tapos na rin ang isyung ito.

anyway, is doing nothing the right thing for someone?

sidelights from the day that passed by...

before i went to the PMS, i went to makati, specifically 28 jupiter street, bel-air 3, makati.

coz i won a trivia contest on NBA Radio!

even got lucky to actually see george rocha (the cute and lovely lass from dlsu...)

just waiting...

i just had my interview with the presidential management staff this afternoon. i was tense at first, pero my nerves calmed down in seeing old DS hands like minic and dimples, in addition to seeing ayen.

my nerves were absolutely calm when it was a focus group discussion-escque style. the presence of sir bong (whom i have encountered before when i had my practicum at fsi whose wife ma'am leah was my supervisor) made me feel at ease (hopefully not total). 4 kami roon, i was the only guy, 2 from ateneo and up.

the interview went well. the people there are very nice. plus, they have some famillar face named anna larrucea as one of their interns taking their practicum. so far so good for her.

after the interview, we had to answer two essays about the state of the philippines, then we sort of bonded at a local burger joint. before we went our separate ways...

viva il papa, Karol Wojityla!

at 937pm vatican time, 337am time sa 'pinas; one of the most repected people in the face of the earth, passed away.

pumanaw si Pope John Paul II, one of the icons of the previous century.

he was one of the most influential people in my life, although i never got to see him in person. hanggang sa tv lang ako. he was so loving towards other people, even if they were not of our faith.

on a personal side note, my mom told me that i was named after him. i am saddened by his demise, but i would rather celebrate his fruitful life.

god bless him.
