super bowl xl!
interesting how i commuted there. i took a bus from home to ayala. bumaba ako sa rcbc plaza para bumili ng 3L of Lipton (wala nun sa grocery namin. i bought a lot of food). then, i took a bus hanggang sa buendia LRT station (they took the flyover. dapat bumaba ako sa glorietta. grrr....) after that, i hitched onto a motorbike that took me to the venue (has to be one of the coolest commutes ever).
the party was awesome. the people were rowdy, specifically the 2 expat Seahawks fans...
i also got the opportunity to play flag football. i played from the backfield as a pass-catching rb & linebacker. galing ko nga e. caught a couple of passes. it's fun. kaya lang, i had sore arms & my body ached.
congrats to the seattle seahawks (chinggay andrada's hometown team), but more kudos to the Pittsburgh Steelers for winning, 21-10. Hines Ward is the Super Bowl MVP.
had a blast. thanks to the staff for making it possible.
and yes, you saw me in an aguilar jersey on Solar Sports Desk whooping it up with the peeps @ the Fort.
