proud to be a Development Studies student

after visiting the program and being present in the annual DS dinner (which happened last night)

i am so pleased with the growth of the Development Studies Program over the past few years.


now with the naming of boyet dy as batch 2006's valedictorian, the program should even fly higher.


ds rocks! hehehe....


i am also pleased with the fact that there is actually hope to mend broken ties with some people... got to meet famillar faces & new people, also.


i am just proud to be a Development Studies Student.

V for Vendetta

i watched the Monster Movie Premiere of V for Vendetta last night @ Glorietta 4 Cinema 3. i had 2 tickets, but the problem was who would want to go watch the movie with me. the person whom i wanted to watch the movie with was unavailable. as such, i was so frantically searching for one, until i got a "yes" from Ayen around 4pm.


i was @ makati then, so i decided to look around. i went to a certain nook @ the 3rd level of g2, to MusicOne and powerbooks @ greenbelt. i also dropped by the hsbc branch near delarosa to check if our salary arrived (it didn't then, but it came later when i was watching the movie already.)


she arrived @ around 750pm, good thing i bumped into carla genciana (former acilista) there.


the movie was awesome. i liked the v-filled introduction by v (hugo weaving) to evey (natalie portmann). while watching the movie, you cannot help but equate it to the current situation we are in. ayen & i discussed it a bit paglabas namin sa glorietta.


it's nice meeting her again after a long while. i hope that our paths cross again in the future.


thank you rx for the tickets. thank you ayen for your company. sana maulit.


btw, Rent is to be shown on March 29 exclusively @ the Ayala cinemas.

what weekend?

i did not have a good weekend. i just was out of sync.


ewan... parang wala ako sa mood. after all, making the adjustment to a 12-8 schedule during friday & saturday just sucks... then, nagka-aberya yung software application kahapon.


haaay...


then, my plans for that night were cancelled. waah! buti na lang, nakapag-shopping ako sa podium.


so far, 5-5 sa poll for sunday night - friday morning to monday night - saturday morning.
