reminding myself about the past

i spent time thinking about who i am to other people, and that this is what i heard...


that i was ok... that i was nice... that i sound gay when i talk (but i am not, blame that to being with officemates who are)... that i am a poser...


well... you cannot change public opinion and first impressions...


i guess i cannot change their thoughts...


moving on... i actually thought that tom brady would actually pull off another rabbit out of the hat against the colts. maybe it was karma.


i have been enjoying the moments lately... there are people who have been so nice and good to me... i am so happy about that... it is a blessing to have people like them around these parts...


i am enjoying things... managed to watch the premiere of Night At the Museum... good movie... very simplistic, but funny. it's for kids, really. anyhow...


as for THAT aspect, progress ba? i dunno... i hope so... i wish...


and GO Bears! and Go Red Bull!

A story of a date...

Here was the story of my latest hook-up….


One of my textmates texted me late last year (her name is Tiny) and asked me if I would be going to the RX Year-end Party at Mint in the Fort. I said, it depends, and I asked if she was going. Tiny said yes, and we decided to meet up on that night at Mint.


I later on asked if she would be alone. She replied that she’d be bringing her cousins along to the RX party.


We then met up at the venue. I was a bit nervous at first, but it was ok. Tiny then introduced me to her cousins who were with her.


We then danced the night once the party was jumpstarted there until around 1am. I stayed with them until they got a ride out. Tiny then asked me to join them as they went home at the Makati / Taguig area. I met her parents and aunts and uncles there. They were so nice and accommodating, treating me as one of their own, sharing their food and drink, and even asking me to sing a song on their videoke.


Alas, it was time to go, and one of Tiny’s uncles was nice enough to take me EDSA – Guadalupe so as I could get home safely. Before leaving, I thanked Tiny for the good time at the party and at their home.

wonderful wonderful

the new year greeted me well...


i thought about 3 things that you can consider as resolutions:


1. lose weight (i am currently at 170kg)
2. have a social life
3. lovelife


oh well... sana maayos.


medyo masaya past few days... finally go to play some ball on saturday, which was followed by dropping by RX and spending hours with Hazel and Bea (they were fun). even managed to play foosball. went home pleased. sunday was spent @ y-speak in manila, just to watch sitti. even got to have a pic with yeng and bok (coolness)... monday was spent watching siiti at stonehouse (missed work just to go to that concert) grabe. sayang lang at hindi ako humabol sa kebab (hatid ko friend ko sa commonwealth). oh well. next time, i guess. before going to the concert, i had my cd autogrpahed by the dawn (as i watched the rx concert series live). i am looking forward to sitti gracing the same stage this monday. (and sana ma-ok na ang planong tagaytay)

bagong taon... bagong baon?

i look back at the year at was and i think about the things that transpired this year. how amazing it was. and all the pain and suffering that came along with it.


seeing myself having fun amidst the sadness and lack of a significant other really is something to behold and be happy about.


i hope that the upcoming year would bring good tidings and happiness. i relish what blessings it brings...
