haber-dashery

currently, i am typing this in the office when i am technically not supposed to be at work. anyway, work has been okay so far. just finished my interview at the office for a position i have been eyeing for a while. my interview was held midnght. :) it went well naman. here's hoping i do well.

nagulantang ako with recent events: the snafu at Manila Pen, Sean Taylor (RIP and Hail to the Redskins!).

but i am happy for some things: Ateneo winning the CNC, sitti's birthday, the THES Rankings (although we still question its methodology)

speaking of the manila peninsula, i just shudder. i dunno what to say. these are the kind of reasons why people emigrate. *sighs*

lightning mcqueen

i was supposed to my office to work on my DYR for the position i was applying for. however, plans changed as i decided to stay at home.

then, i saw one of my fave movies. Cars...

i just loved it.it made me a happy guy. :)

i just need to make sure that i get it done by 10 am tomorrow. also need to figure out what i want from my parent for the exchange gift thing.

try to read my mind

it has been a while since i last updated. i guess i have been busy as hell with work and other stuff that have been in the way.

sports stuff:

NBA: Celtics atop the world again with the big 3, Clippers winning first four games, Durant's struggles and the Heat's woes. Spurs with status quo and Hornets abuzz. the Knicks. Rick Kamla. Mike Yam.

NFL: Pats flirting with perfection, AD's 296, Favre's resurgence, How bout them Cowboys, drowning Dolphins

MLB: Bonds. A-Rod. Bonds. A-Rod.

College FB: upset mania. would you (not) be my #2. Appy State. Kansas. Darren McFadden. Tebow = Heisman?

College BBall: OJ Mayo, Derrick Rose, Kevin Love, Western Kentucky (good luck, Japeth)

others: World Pool Championships, more boxing, Champions' League, Gabe Norwood

di halata puro sports. thank God for ESPN, BTV and Solar Sports.

anyhow, i have been asked to be a ninong to my cousin's baby boy. :) hehehe. i wish that i could be a good ninong to him. my dad told me about it earlier today. it will definitely help in the ongoing maturing process.

i recently bought a new monitor as my old one was busted. 1.55k down the drain. oh well.

hallowed flux

the week has been tiring... after all... combining work and looking at the long weekend ahead is something. especially when you look at what i did on the 31st.

worked until 8pm. then i lounged around at the office since it is the halloween thing there. i got to eat some treats... yummy. then i proceeded to Metro Phi Bar at the Metrowalk for the Halloween Party / Radio Idol Finals. the final 5 named RJ, Pia, Gino, Danee Liz and Migs took the stage and gave a final effort to convince the judges. it took a while, but in the end, the joker known as Gino was the winner. Congratulations and i expect great things from you. kudos also to other four and i do hope you make it as well like sanya and fritz before....

afterwards, i proceeded to the Terno Inferno Halloween Party at Hexagon in Makati. i took a cab since it is late and i was in a hurry. i may have been late the party was awesome with toti d. doing the mixing up there... i came in as a chelsea football player. left at around 330am. was kinda tired and sleepy so i went home and z'd up. proceeded to cemetery after lunch. spent time with relatives from both sides until late at night.

still tired and exhausted, i lay here typing and writing. i reflected on the previous post i wrote, which is very much tinged with emotion, that i felt no one could cheer me up and lift out of a negative disposition then. i just wish that the vicious cycle would end. like i said, it is the prerogative of the person whether the individual wants you there or not. that is something you cannot control and decide. that's how it is.
