More Philips Tidbits
In addition to the GoGear Aria, as described in my previous blog...
Philips also has other products comparable to the Aria.
We have the GoGear Luxe, which has a neat look to it. Sure looks like a big hair clip. It has a Bluetooth headset capability which frees you from the wires.
There is the GoGear Muse, which has a 3-inch display, FullSound and noise cancellation.
There is the GoGear Opus, which you watch videos you downloaded online on its 2.8-in display.
There is the GoGear Vibe, which looks even smaller than the Aria and is easy to navigate.
There is the GoGear Spark that has a cute square figure, of which you can listen to your tunes while looks at pictures as a screensaver.
There is the GoGear Mix has a push out USB, for easy file transfers.
And lastly, the GoGear RaGa has a sleek and durable aluminum design, with 27-hour playback.
In addition, Philips has a Battle of the Bands competition, entitled Bandwidth, where unsigned bands perform two original songs that will be uploaded on Youtube and cross-posted on the Bandwidth website. Judges of the competition include Francis Reyes (formerly of the Dawn), Raimund Marasigan (Sandwich, Pedicab, etc.) and Cookie Chua (formerly of Color It Red).
Finalists will be given one-on-one mentoring by the judges prior to the final phase of the competition. Winners will be receiving PhP 50k worth of cash and prizes.
Check the link to the website for more details.
