RH Bill Forum
First, thanks to Ed Arevalo for the invitation to let me attend this small forum at Centerstage earlier this week.
Due to another commitment, I had to miss out the 2nd half of the RH Bill event.
With the statistics being dished out during the meeting, it is important that people are made aware of what are the available options are to prevent excessive and unnecessary pregnancies.
The stats are alarming. There is a pressing need for education and awareness. It is aimed that the RH Bill which is still stuck while other things are being addressed.
The event also was the launch of the 5th Annual Population and Development (PopDev) Media Awards, which is a tribute to outstanding and responsible journalism on population and development. Open to professional and citizen journalists nationwide,
